I apologize in advance for the long post, I don't have the ability on this app to have an lj-cut. :(
Sorry for not writing for the past few days, it's been quite tiring... So on Saturday we went to Harajuku, Shibuya, Tokyo Tower and then came home. We walked past the Johnny's shop before anyone was in there. :) we didn't get in the huge line to go into the shop though, as we had other places to go and we couldn't spend all day in line (even though I would go back and get in line if we had one extra day). So we went to this knock off kind of place near Takeshita-dori, where I bought a pink "I ♥ 8" t-shirt (although it's the infinity sign, I just can't type it on my phone) and a cute dress/shirt. :)
Went next to Shibuya. It was cool! Took pictures of the billboards (Tegomass, NYC Boys, Maki and Sho, YamaNade, and BM2), went into HMV. Going back to Shibuya right before we leave, because I want to raid the drama section again. XD
Tokyo Tower was awesome! I have lots of pictures and video on the walk there, will upload those when I get back too. I'm scared of heights, but surprisingly it wasn't that scary up there. :)
We had planned on going to Akihabara, but it was getting a bit late, so we headed back home. But before we took the bus from the train station, we stopped at Book Off (officially our favourite store, great items at cheap prices). I bought a lot of manga (I don't read much usually) at ¥105 a book (great price right?). And then I bought Mei-chan no Shitsuji DVD set. :D
On Sunday we went with our first host family to Tokyo Disney! I like Tokyo Disney a lot better than Magic Kingdom because the rides aren't meant to scare little children. :) and then we went with our new host family out to dinner (which is not a common thing in Japan, but since it was our last day with them...). We had fugu, shabushabu, and lots of other yummy things.:)
Monday we rode the Shinkansen to Kyoto (I gotta tell you, Kansai people are soo nice!!). I saw snow for the first time in my life XD. Went to Nijo-jo, Sanjusangendo, and Kinkakuji (golden pavilllion).

After dinner we headed out to find a bookstore (because I needed volume 5 of zettai kareshi to complete my set), and while at the bookstore I found Kanjani8 OC fanfiction manga! It's really funny and cute (and not terribly OC, because there's not a romance between the OC and a member).

Oh, btw, outside our Ryokan is this:

Koyama. :)
Yesterday was more touring. Tried zen meditation (popped my hip), tea ceremony, and had a mini-soukon in the first shrine. Then went to Lawson and saw this (didn't see the special bread that inala mentioned though):

Will be in search for the bread tonight (we're going to Hiroshima). :)
Also found ya-ya-yah manga. It's so cute and chibi.

Also, we walked a long time yesterday and found a DVD/CD store on the way back and got the tegomass DVD a few hours earlier than other people. XD

Will report more, and tell you if I find the bread!
