I guess I should write a little bit about myself...
My name is Misty, I'm 18 years old (starting college in August), and I'm from the US. I love to share things with different fandoms, you can find all that media here at nozomikiri . I can't really think of much to write at the moment, so I'll come back later and edit.

 So, I resolved to make a master-list of all my fics to ease the pain of me (and people visiting) trying to find all my fic posts.
There are Three Categories: One-Shots, Multi-Chapter Fics, and Drabbles (coming soon).

I figured that it might be time to make a post about this. I may combine this post with my entry post later, but for now, it's a standalone. Just in case anyone wants to find me elsewhere, here is where you can do that. ^_^

I think that's everything... Sometimes I update in different places... My naver is kind of bland, and I haven't updated my WordPress in a year (although on the 2nd one, I post translations and news of K-fandoms at the moment)... And on Skype, please don't send me an SMS, as I only use the free version. Starting the 26th of August 2009, I will be on a semi-hiatus. I will try to come back as often as possible, and I will continue to post uploads (although my release dates may be slow sometimes).

I want to thank everyone I've had the chance of meeting here at LiveJournal! I've had a lot of fun fangirling, chatting, and sharing media and info with everyone! I will miss you all!
I'm going on semi-hiatus because I want to get used to college life and get into a good studying schedule (I can't afford to lose my scholarship).

My school is being restrictive and monitoring all P2P uploads and downloads and basically all internet activity. So even if I do have something to upload, it will have to wait until November, as that is when the "testing period" will be over and they will have the internet usage appropriated and will be monitoring less.

It really sucks, because Yoon-Mi (asanomika) and I are working on subbing a few Ya-ya-yah episodes and were planning to release them later this month...

I guess we'll just have to wait until November then... ^_^;

Did this for a friend's birthday. It seems like birthdays are the only times when I do fanvids... XD

This is for my friend's birthday tomorrow... I may or may not give it to her, as I don't think it turned out as good as it could have (I didn't have much time to spend on it, I thought I would have more time...) Original scan thanks to chibi_news . I'm going to try out the other scans soon, I just didn't have the time today.
I also found out today that I have a crappy scanner. It didn't pick up some of the shading (especially around the face). It does look a little better in person than it does in the scan. Click for larger.

Photoshop is making the gifs quite large today (can someone tell me how to fix that please?)... But anyways, I have 4 spoiler gifs for Orthros no Inu Episode 1. They are Aoi/Ryo-centric.

At the time I am posting this, the full video is not available for download yet, so that is why I call them spoiler gifs. Also, I made weird commentary for them, please ignore.

This is a quick post I'm making from my phone (I'll expand it later). I'm 18 today, well actually I won't officially turn 18 until later today... Family is planning a seafood meal for me (seafood is my favorite), I'm excited about that. Otherwise, today is just another day in which I become older and the real world is getting closer.

My teacher just got back today from the state competition (district competition was a few weeks ago), and with awesome results (for pretty much everyone who got sent to state)!
I had two projects that went. One in Open 3D Animation, and another in Video Editing (both rumored to be the hardest categories in the Multimedia Area). And I'm completely surprised by the results. In the Open 3D category, I got 1st in State (nice shiny blue ribbon)! And what surprised me the most was in Video Editing... I achieved BEST IN STATE! Against several other projects!
To celebrate, I am presenting my projects (because without the JE fandom, I wouldn't have gotten these awards). It's best to watch both clips in HQ.

Any thoughts?

This is one of my animation projects that will never be finished, seeing as I have only 5 more days in this class until graduation (and I need much more time to be able to finish). But I've decided to post what I've got and see what you think. My original plan for this animation was to have Koyama and Shige (robots) sing and dance to Chirarizumu and Murarisuto, but what happened was that I was only able to get 8.6 seconds of Chirarizumu (without singing). So, please tell me what you think about this video, even though there isn't much to it.



State competition was either this weekend or next weekend, and I entered an animation of a compliation of Kaze no Mukou e by Arashi, Stardust by NEWS, and Zukkoke Otokomichi by Kanjani8. I also entered my KAT-TUN One Drop Rotoscoped video in the competition (hoping both do well). I will post those videos as soon as results are up, so be on the lookout.

 I've uploaded these scans for anyone who wants them. Wink Up, Duet, and Potato. Uchi pictures are included with the zips. Mediafire links still uploading.

 I was bored today (more like I didn't want to study for AP tests coming up), and drew this fan art of Tegoshi. I apologize for the wierd shading, I couldn't find my smudge stick and had to use my fingers. Oh, and a shout out to dancer_805 because she told me to!
